career highlights:  Winning my first independent film festival award. Being funded to make a documentary about the Brave New Voices International Poetry Slam in Washington DC in July 2008.

which creative people, places and things on your radar right now? Currently I have a back-log of projects that require a substantial amount of post-production work to complete. My attention is therefore focussed on finishing these films, then getting them into film festivals and/or television.  Once that's done I can begin to think about leaving the house.

what's your favourite daydream? I dream that eventually I will have my own villa in Tuscany with a modest production studio where I can sit and make whack art films that no one cares about except my family, who sit and watch them whilst eating ice cream and catching a tan.

what was the last rule you broke? This afternoon I stayed in a steam room for longer than 15 minutes - ill advised, but not really a rule breaker. I'm quite good these days.
