The Community Thread AR Mural

Latest MeshMinds digital design and augmented reality artwork launches today as part of 'The Community Thread', the first ever collaboration between artists of the UNESCO Creative Cities Program for Singapore Design Week 2019!

Follow the journey of a young girl to school at St. Anthony’s Convent in 1930s Queen and Waterloo Streets. Bring your own phone to see amazing augmented reality activations at each street art site. This project is free and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Braille transcription available at each site, as well as an audio read-through of the story (via Facebook). Each site is wheelchair and walker accessible, and it's fun for kids and grown-ups, too.

Project concept and development, and story by Jane Beeke; Digital and AR design by MeshMinds; Street art by theregularjo; Participatory design activations by Participate in Design; ‘Running girl’ illustration by Darel Seow. Supported by Project XIV (Singapore) and Gallery 4A (Sydney)

Be amongst the first to post all the sites to social media for a bonus gift! #communitythreadsingapore.
